Since our last newsletter, Austin market doesn't show any signs of slowing down. Most new communities are getting sold out in a matter of days and in some cases hours.

Across the Austin Metro area YoY inventories decreased by an average of about 2 months.

Austin is not the only market where inventories are tight. There are several others. One of these key markets are Nashville and Memphis. We have our ground teams already working in these markets.

We have moved on to the next phases for this property in developing this property into a sought after destination for the equestrian community in Austin.

We are working on plans to transform the current facilities to accommodate more horses, ability to do equestrian events.

Another title change for this property! Yes, we were able to add another 300 acres as part of our phase2 plans to make this a 1000 acre development.

Tree scaping is in full swing and transforming the land. You can now see the stunning views from this property. 30-mile un-obstructed views abound.

We are pleased to announce that this property has been closed and we took possession in late May/Early June.

We are working with the existing tenant to extend the crop lease by an year so we can keep the taxes low with the Ag Exemption.

While still focused on the Austin market, we are getting ready to enter the Memphis and Nashville markets in the near future.

Have you heard of a 'Ringtail'?

Often mistaken for cats or sometimes a fox because of the namesake 'ringtail', these are actually part of the racoon family.

These are notoriously nocturnal and rarely seen during day time.

We found one dwelling in our of the small old stone shelters built for one of the wells!
