Rahul is a successful technology and real-estate entrepreneur. In IT he heads SwankTek, an immensely successful company that he founded. SwankTek went from 0 to $45M in less than 14 years. In addition he also is a successful real estate investor with considerable holdings (>50M). Real estate acumen is in his genes, coming from a multi-generational family that has been in the real-estate business for a long time. He is an extremely demanding but a fair and compassionate leader who focusses on the results. He believes in creating win-win opportunities and environment for both our investors and our team.

Rahul sets the overall direction and vision for the organization. He oversees all aspects including investor relations, exit strategies.
Rahul has an MS in Computer Science from University of Maryland.

A senior executive with a background in Civil Engineering(undergrad) and Computer Science (Masters), Sanjay spent majority of his career in leadership positions with top tier consulting and fortune 100 companies.

Over the past 28 years, he navigated through a wide spectrum of domains in consulting, product and corporate and engineering organizations. He has led projects with budgets of over $200M and teams with over 100 members.

Sanjay advised senior leadership at Walgreens, Wells Fargo, Royal Bank of Scotland, Glassdoor, CSX, Florida Blue, South West, Synaptic, Miami-Dade, State of Connecticut, CUNY among others. He has founded and successfully exited from three companies so far.

As part of TerreNezt, Sanjay oversees all operations, due-diligence, contracts, negotiations, and closures, and ensure smooth end-to-end operations.

Sanjay has an MS in Computer Science from Shippensburg University of PA.
